Scope of Services
We provide photo and art printing services, including file review, size and paper consultation, test prints, and production of printed works. Any service is subject to file suitability, material availability, and confirmation of the requested scope.
Operational clause
Payments
Prices are based on print size, paper, and quantity, and test prints are billed separately where used. We may request payment by card or bank transfer before production or collection, and we may decline work until payment is confirmed.

Any estimate or production timing is indicative only and depends on file quality, approved specifications, stock, supplier availability, and studio capacity. We do not promise rush production or a fixed completion date unless we have confirmed it in writing.

Quality and Liability
Printed results may vary from what appears on a screen or from previous prints, different materials, or separate batches. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or damage arising from customer-provided files, approved specifications, or limitations in materials or production processes.
